The material is soft and comfortable. It really gets the car seat nice and snug. Has two cup holders which my oldest has designated for snacks and a drink. It's very sturdy and feels very comfortable.

The anchor strap is near impossible to get tight it is either faulty or has a design flaw. Graco was completely unhelpful, only sending me a part number but no instructions on how to fix or reimbursement for the time and expense. There is no way to st... Read More
It also is not ideal in my subaru because even on the lowest decline setting, my newborn was still upright to where her chin was smushed into her chest. Not intuitive at all.

Pictures were unclear and instructions would refer me to the car owner manual which would refer me back to the instructions
