Pros

The skirt fits well if you are just trying to round out / fill out a skirt. I have yet to wear the full outfit yet and will update it later when i am sure it will perform as expected for a petticoat.

Fabric is not itchy. The material is not scratchy or cheap netting. Inside is supposed to be a lining to protect your legs from the scratchy tulle.

It's not the end of the world - still way worth the price.

It appears to be organza. It's extremely itchy. It smells absolutely disgusting.
