Pros
The green hi-vis is about as high-vis a green you can imagine. It is highly visible, super lightweight, and you don't know it’s there! The vest is lightweight, very reflective.
The vest does what it should, make me visible to cars when out early am. Bought these for bike riding, very visible.
Velcro sides make it a perfect fit for every user. Fits easily over her sweatshirt. Would be good to have some velcro adjustments along the back to tighten them up.

Cons
The manufacturer must think all americans have tiny chests and huge forearms. It's not huge, but it would flop around even when worn over layers. The sizing chart is incredibly confusing.

Kind of jerseylike but not very smooth and would certainly chafe skin if directly on it however i also didnt expect it to feel extremely soft at this price point

It is way too big even when the velcro tabs are cinched to the tightest fit
