Easy way to get your heart rate up without requiring a lot of space. I retighten it and it all works well again. Just started using for fitness. I'm a beginner at exercising with a jump rope.

These ropes rotate with a small amount of effort compared to your traditional jump rope. I shortened one of them for my 7 yr old son, it helps to have a wire cutter to shorten as the metal cord is a little thick for scissors.

If you plan on using this jump rope regularly, i suggest you purchase a better quality one that is more durable. Broke after 2 uses. Very disappointing. Not very durable.

Cap for the handle dislodged while jumping. Too lightweight and ends come off nonstop. Can't even jump rope with it.

This jump rope is too long and is frustrating to use. Unless i go up nearly a foot every jump - i slap the rope into my legs and curse at life.
