Pros
One really nice feature is the zippered pocket on the front. There are 2 velcro straps at the waist that allow you to adjust the sizing. Adjustable size with velcro.
Overall recommend. Works will pockets are awesome. Good price and fast shipping.
Cons
Cheap fabric. Ripped upon putting it on. When i run it flops all over the place and you can't use the pockets otherwise the vest becomes really uncomfortable.

If youre typically a large this will not fit snugly across your middle i should have gotten a medium so if youre running and having something in the pocket it will flop around or blow around if youre biking in the wind
