This is yellow, scratchy and reflecty as promised. Super bright and very reflective. I'd rate it at 6 out of 10 for brightness.
Cons
Top is too wide spread, like a t-shirt with the neck cut off so it wants to drape off the shoulders. I have other reflective vests that hang more comfortably.
