Pros
All in all, it does what it's supposed to and all of its imperfections add to its hand-made charm. It's cuter than having a cast iron cauldron.
Great for burning the coal for oud. Keeps the coal burning and carries the fragrance up and out. Ash also helps as a heat insulator.
This burner is awesome and very highly recommended. It is really nice.
Cons
The craftsmanship is just impossible. A cheaply made and assembled product. Its beautiful but its ineffective.

I wanted a incense burner that covered and defused the incense

First when you open the cover it tips over because its top heavy

The second problem is the cone cover gets hot so you have to be careful to only touch the lower part of the cover after burning incense
