Pros

I make home made tortilla, crepe, omelette on this. It's also excellent at pancakes. A silicone pad between the cooktop and the pan solves both of these concerns. These are the most used pans in our home.

High rating for durability. Well priced. I wish it were slightly larger is my only complaint.

Using an ir heat sensor-gun, the pan heats up to 450 f in four minutes at the middle setting. It heats very evenly on my induction cooktop. We use it on our induction stovetop where it works very well.

Cons

The pan deformed after the first usage. It seems to be coated with some harsh chemicals to make it non stick. This pan now has a hump in the middle.

An unpleasant experience. Bad quality. This is unacceptable. Don't buy it.
