Pros

Only complains is the bag can with a noticeable coating of cheese powder on it, and the zipper isn't so great. Bag is resealable which is a bonus. Very convenient and shelf stable.

I use the macaroni and cheese recipe they provide on the label of the bag. Overall, it mixes well. Also can be added to mashed potatoes (real or instant). Dissolves well and mixes easily.

Best of all, it seems to have a buttery flavor to it. Taste is mildly sharp, not too salty.

Cons

Cup makes 1 box of noodles, but this bag only makes 6 large servings of mac & cheese. With or without additional seasonings, all i get when i add this is neon glow colored food.

This stuff is disgusting. Partially hydrogenated soybean oil is the worst thing you can put in your body. Your body is unable to break it down and get rid of it so it sticks to your arteries.

Product is not 100% dried cheddar cheese powder. First ingredient is dried dairy whey. This main ingredient is maltodextrin.

I strongly suggest staying away from powdered cheese products that contain whey which makes the product smell and taste horrible

Would love to dry it with the yellow cheddar but that was not my intention originally im sure it will be suitable

I heartily recommend this cheese powder for flavor convenience and price
