It is easy to clean and since it is a natural element we do not have to worry about being exposed to unwanted chemicals like a t-fal product.

Cons
Don't believe manufacture's claims. The fry basket is small and with the lid on makes a mess. Thjis is the lid useless for other same size gotham steel products.
