Pros
Super easy to clean and scratch resistent. Hand wash using soft scrub for baked-on bits. Non-stick nature also makes cleanup super easy!
It requires minimal oil to cook even i tried cooking without no oil added in pan but it works magically. Second time made a traditional paella, socrata and all. Gotham pans are the best.
Cons
I use only olive oil to cook and everything sticks to this pan. Was non-stick for about a week or so. After that, it eggs stick.

Only problem i have is that unlike the jette brand pan this one still has the tops of four bolts facing the inside of the pan and those don’t clean as easily as the pan itself

Handle is metal but doesnt transfer any heat

Obviously most people know not to use metal on it whenever possible but over time scuffs and scratches have lead to overall wear
