Pros
The face is easy to read, the watch is slender and if feels comfortable in my pocket. It's slim enough to fit comfortably in the watch pocket in my jeans. Could be engraved and gifted.
an excellent timepiece. The only nit to pick is that the stem is difficult to grasp in order to pull it out to set the time. This can be a good thing for something floating around my pocket.

Cons
The plastic crystal is also easily scratched or marred. This appears to be a stem set watch rather than a lever set watch.

Quality
The gun metal finish is great and the dial is clear and very legible
The chain has a very sturdy grip so there is no concern for the watch breaking away
The chain has a clipclasp on the other end that is unfortunately entirely closed
Unfortunately it was in the watch pocket of a pair of jeans that went into the washer when it was less than two weeks old
Price
I have a collection of about 50 very inexpensive watches
The price at the time around 50 iirc and the inclusion of a japanese quartz movement were pluses
