Pros
This lettuce is so yummy. Not bitter at all and has a nice richness flavor to it. Yummy butterhead lettuce.
Served with artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, kumato tomatoes and grilled chicken. Love it with a variety of dressings. The medley is great too! Great for salads, burgers and anything else you would want lettuce.
Cons
Washing and drying each lettuce leaf is labor intensive. I prefer lettuce that’s ready to be used right from the package.
