Pros & Cons
Pros
This tripod mount works well with our vortex diamondback hd 10x42 binoculars. No impediment to focusing when mounted on my camera tripod. These are much better than the mounts that have a screw into the central hinge between the barrels.
The hook-and-loop fasteners are strong and will stay put until you pull them apart. The straps fit with a bit of an extra pull but this kept the binoculars very secure. It’s lightweight but sturdy enough to hold the heavy binoculars.
Cons
The pad on this is firm rubber?
