The etched in measurements on the rolling pin are a great quick reference for sizing, etched in both metric and imperial.

Plastic rings that screw onto the ends of the roller is an excellent feature. I love this rolling pin and find it easy to switch between thicknesses. The negative reviews seem to be about problems with the plastic screws.
