Pros
They are very well made and easy to wash. Product as advertised. I am pleased to say this is that unique product.
This gripper is easy to lay out and really grips our hardwood floor. I just place my gorilla mat on my hard wood floor and place my rug gable down and i am good to go.
Gorilla grip extra strong rug pad gripper. Holds the rug in place and make the rugs have a nice soft padding underneath. Helps the rug stay flattened when i vacuum too. Adds some extra cushion as well.
Cons
Adhesion is not that great against waxed hardwood floors. Also tried it on laminate flooring under my workout machine and doesn't grip to that either. Flimsy, slipping all over.

The first rug pad i bought was a few dollars cheaper but moved all over the smooth tiles on the bathroom floor

The new rug didnt have a rubber backing so i ordered this i positioned it on the tile so it was centered under the runner since the size difference

Its hasnt moved a bit in any way im always walking or standing on it my dogs sit and lay on the rug i vacuum the rug and still it hasnt moved

We have never been able to keep the rugs from sliding on the carpet short of nailing the rug down which is not a great option
