Pros
This tape seems to do the trick for keeping them together to avoid them coming up at the connecting points. Amazing tape for heavy duty fixes, like a broken desk or keeping anything together.
There have been some heavy rainstorms and the outdoor rugs are holding together well. It can still be removed and repositioned at least once, without losing the bonding strength. Rained on and still held it’s strength.
Cons
The tape peels off when it gets too warm. The tape itself is strong as duct tape imo, but the adhesive is weak so far.

I used the gorilla transparent adhesive tape before but it was not able hide the broken line because the faux leather is black in color
