Some of the recipes in here are challenging and involve a number of steps definitely not for the faint heated

Great recipes and illustrations are fab no one would ever deny that gordon is a great chef but here he is not winning any stars for modesty

These are not 30 minute dishes and certainly not for the faint hearted so if beans on toast is your forte look elsewhere
