Pros

I'm a pretty fat dude and this thing doesn't creak or moan when i use it. Help tremendously with my abs and legs muscles. The pads aren't as bulky (under you knees and feet) and it's easier to use.

Great product and takes less space while storing it. I like how it folds. This is a amazing product for people like myself that has small amounts of space to utilize.

Cons

I am only 5’ 2” 130 lbs and this sit up board is way to small for me! It's child size. Be ready to pay for your own shipping to return defective item. It is a light product and as such it is really easy to tip over on its side when exercising.
