Pros

Lbs with 35 leg length and those works great for me. This is adjustable so as u get stronger u can adjust. Help tremendously with my abs and legs muscles.

It's sturdy, it's lovely to look at and it's comfortable to lay on. Easy to clean and doesn't hold body heat. Super easy to set up and brake down after use. Sturdy and easy to store.

I like how it folds. This is a amazing product for people like myself that has small amounts of space to utilize. It can be even folded when not used.

Cons

I am only 5’ 2” 130 lbs and this sit up board is way to small for me! It's child size. Be ready to pay for your own shipping to return defective item. It is a light product and as such it is really easy to tip over on its side when exercising.
