Love this chair, massager & recliner. Customer service is wonderful, very responsive within hrs of emailing.

The armrest is super comfortable, also has cup holder on one side. Full leg rest and cradles you as you sit in it. It's comfortable and i have fallen asleep in it plenty of times.

Aesthetically, the chair is clean and quite cute with its pink and white color scheme. I like this one better because it’s big and cozy.

I often find myself reclined back in this chair. It is so awesome to be at my desk reclining watching tv but it literally feels just like a recliner. But this is super nice for watching tv, just relaxing or meditating.

The reclining is only the seat back. The adjustable pillow/cushion is not comfortable at all. The pillow head rest ends up in the middle of your back and i'm not a tall person by any means.

The inside looks like one of those folding chairs you would see at a church picnic. The cup holder is extremely shallow and seems better suited for a child’s sippy cup. Shipped with a damaged cable for the massager connection.

The massage feature is a bit gimmicky and doesn't really feel very good. The massage is just a vibration. Chair frame is steel tube and very wobbly.
