Pros
Love this chair, massager & recliner. It goes great in the den for console gaming.
Overall, the chair is comfy for my purpose. The cup holder could be a lil deeper is the only bad thing. It's comfortable to take naps in and perfect for gaming.
Easy to assemble in 10min. A little short but reclines deep, massages well, and made of very soft material. The chair feels amzing the quality feel superb it feels rigid well built. Seems very durable.

It's comfortable, recline, vibrates and that’s it! I have back issues and the chair doesn’t have a lot of mid/lower back support. The reclining is only the seat back. It's comfy but hella misleading.

The major problem for me during assembling was aligning the screw with the arm frame plate to the back section of the chair
