I am 5 11 and 215lbs and i had to have 2 links taken out for the band to fit me

They only cons are that the band is still slightly too big and it occasionally catches the hair on my arms

This is apparently made for fatterwristed folk than the pebble version

Given how cheap this band was i threw caution to the wind and pried apart one of the fixed links using a screwdriver and pliers then reassembled

I had to take out 2 links and move the pin adjuster in 1 notch and it fit perfect

On each side of the band there are four special links with arrows on them and what looks like a small bump with an arrow pointing at it

This will cause the l shaped pin to just barely stick out the side
