Pros
They are small, easy to install and didn't come with a * amount of packaging. Easy to install. Look really nice when installed and like the ability to vary the color.

The led is bright but not super blinding. The option of choosing the light colour is a fantastic bonus. They are super bright and adjustable.
Cons
Everything was one right up until now (4mos after install) a single light just keeps blinking.

Ive used similar ones from the local box stores but they do not have the simple plug in wiring and the boxes are lower construction quality where the lids dont stay close need to tape them
