The qr code printed on the bottom isnt the one you need to scan into the cardboard app to get it setup but rather a link to a website which does have the correct qr code on and some links to the app store and other things

It has worked well with every app i have thrown at it on my galaxy s5 though i ended up adding some light foam to the upper centre area that ends up resting on my forehead trimmed the nose hole slightly and added a bit more foam to the edges of that plus used some spare elastic to create headstraps for using it for more prolonged periods where the cardboard would start rubbing probably things you would want to do to any of the cardboard models out there

Set up correctly using the qr code that comes with it on a separate piece of paper the vr works fine on my nexus 6 2014
