Pros

Prices for hair clips is outrageous these days, but these were a great buy! They work well with thick hair to clip light layers back. They don't damage your hair like the mechanical clips do.

These stay put and hold my thick hair. They stay clipped and snug. Allows me to use any type of head covering-whether a visor or a fishing hat.

Cons

These are too small to hold my hair in a ponytail. They're too long for that. These are not the barrettes that can hold all of your thick hair in one barrette. Much better clips out there to be bothered using these things.
