Pros
The only drawback is they are a little pricey for the number you get. But i buy them in whole foods since they are much cheaper then on amazon. The only downside is variety limited in store.
They're so delicious it's hard to believe they are keto, gf and low sugar. They taste like a soft fresh baked bakery quality cookie. They are soft and chewy and moist.
The pecan is my favorite and tastes like a soft pecan shortbread without much sugar. The chocolate is really chocolatey along with chocolate bits inside the bars.
Great taste, not too heavy on fat or calories, low sugar and decent protein.
