Pros
Good sense nighttime sleep-aid is the same formula as unisom and is just as effective. I recommend switching it up with melatonin, or even valerian root. If you take tylenol pm, you also get pain relief.
Easy to * gel capsules are simple to take and they work. These are blister packed and i like that better. If you've issues swallowing pills this is easy.
Cons
These aren't nearly as good as unisom liquid gel. Diphenhydramine is much better for me in my opinion. This one makes me a little too groggy. A tablet seems like it would be better.

Purely anecdotal of course but after trying both antihistamine nightly each for a full week i found doxylamine succinate 25mg unisom gave me the jitters and didnt help my sleep much at all while diphenhydramine hcl 50mg benadryl left me noticeably sleepy after 30 minutes without any side effects

These sleep aids are the same ingedient as used in the pm pain reliever without the pain reliever part
