Customer service is also excellent. Good quality, well pricedwell priced. These are fantastic. I am very pleased with them and found it reasonably price.
Cons
These glasses are very flimsy. The stem of these champagne flute are very weak. They are very fragile and tip over super easily.

These are decent glasses but they are so tall that they did not fit into any of my kitchen cabinetry

The glasses look nice and they can be giftable also but as far as them being sturdy you would have to be careful with them cause they are somewhat light and they seem very fragile and might break easily
