Pros & Cons
Pros
The taste is just as my family likes it-vinegar base with a smash of garlic, a twist of basil! Great with evoo and balsamic vinegar. I mix this with philly cream cheese and it makes a dip with substance.
Makes a great marinade, too. Delicious for salads, pasta and marinating. Especially cucumbers, cauliflower and red onions just seem to soak up the flavor better than other fresh veggies.

Is a terrific vinaigrette but ii most often use it as a base for a fresh lemon vinaigrette or for a seafood or poultry marinade before grilling
