The vest fits my 5lb shihtzu maltese mix perfectly. My frenchie is on the smaller side so if you have a larger frenchie you’d probably want to get an xl. This jacket is perfect for my 18 lbs boston terrier who gets easily cold.

This is an xl that wouldn't fit a cocker spaniel. Their sizing is hard to approximate and inaccurate. It is misleading when it says the xl is +23inches.
