The large fits my 20-pound deep-chested terrier perfectly. My frenchie is on the smaller side so if you have a larger frenchie you’d probably want to get an xl. My dog takes a small i had to order a large.

The snap at the top holds it in place while zipping. It’s super easy to put on, stick the front legs in, snap a button, and zip up the back. This is easily washable.

My dog wears it every chilly day. It's so well-made and warm, but our little dog has a curly pig tail that gets caught under the back of it and depresses him.

Don’t bother purchasing it’s not worth the money. And be very careful when ordering something with questionable english. It is highly likely the shipment is actually coming from china.

Dog has a 26inch chest and this does not zip - there is about an inch left over. Do not buy for any dog less than 40bs. The jacket is well made, but not durable enough.
