Pros

Most importantly toby loves it. I've been using gooby harnesses for several years - they typically last a full year before needing to be replaced. This harness has none of those problems. I highly recommend this harness.

The halter keeps rotating and allows our 12# poodle to step a foot out of the neck area. The d rings that clip to the leash are a bit larger and metal.

Cons

The seller needs to fix the sizing for the new no escape harnesses. Since the neck is not adjustable, this harness style only seems appropriate for dogs that are chunky around the neck, like a frenchie. No clue why this is so flimsy.

Money down the drain. This harness is only good if you have a behaving dog. These harnesses aren't cheap so i am rather annoyed.
