Pros
The harness is lightweight and breathable. No burn mark or rubbing on her skin. I expect it to hold up well.
Gobby harness fits chihuahua, mini poodle, border collie and more. No matter what your pup's shape, it can be made to fit. Gobby knows how to harness the small pups!
This thing is adorable, sturdy, and fit our baby very well. My mini aussie loves her harness. It also has sturdy clips and looks pretty darn cute.
Cons
My beagle weighs 30 pounds, but the harness is too large for her even on the smallest adjustable setting. When utilized as a harness it all bunches up at the top leash connection.
The sizing is not correct. There is only one strap that goes all the way from the bottom of one side to the other side. The strip between the portion the fits around the neck is not at all adjustable and it is very short.

I bought the medium size and it’s a tad big on the part that goes around his neck but a size small would have been to small

He always tries to chew collars and made a vain attempt to chew this yay he couldnt then gave up and was running around as usual

It’s down at the harness and sits behind and a little under the armpit of the front leg and rubs when he sits down

I love the padded harness that sits against the chest but the clips are thick plastic
