Pros & Cons
Cons
Construction is typical inexpensive chinese-usable but not if you need it everyday. It's pointless to get this product. Seller needs to read readily available info on the web about the pin-outs. But didn't listen.
The shipped product has the short version male connector. There are only 3 wires running through it, and none of them are in the correct locations. Plugged and not work. Not compatible with e36 318i.
Wont work with ista. Most obd 1 connectors require added 12 volts and this does not. I have a 2014 kia soul and it didn't work at all.
