W is the point at which you are blowing fuses. It comes with a substitute fuses that you can use when you have utilized the first one.

Goldsource stu-100 step up/down voltage converter does it without the fuss of multiple parts. Does its job both up and down, as long as i pay attention to the watts and amps of the device i am connecting it to.
