Also whoever was saying the bottom part keeps coming off must not have understood you have to turn it until it clicks to lock in place

Once its locked in we havent had it fall off or disappoint once and as for the batteries make sure you put one positive side up and the other positive side down as you would with anything that takes batteries its not rocket science
