They are easy to *. Felt relief for my knees within three days. They are what they say they are and the label looks cool.

Cons

This product is defective. Not reflected. The rest is made up of evening primrose and flaxseed. It's not even contains the real omega 3.

The label is very misleading or unclear at the least. A 1000mg capsule only contains 126mg epa and 84mg dha.
