Pros
It mixes easily and tastes great. I only wish they offered this in a larger tub or even a 5lb bag. The only thing about it is the degree to which it foams up when mixing, otherwise its great.

The protein congeals and is very viscus to the point where it needs additional water just for me to blend it to a regular consistency

Low in lactose if you want a milk based protein but are lactose intolerant
