Pros
Easily adjustable for incline and decline. Leg extension, biceps curl are great! The only thing that i don't like is the leg curl.
Cons
The instructions skip steps, and the peices don't fit well. The whole thing is flimsy and cheaply made. The quality and usefulness suffer because of that.
Some parts wobble a lot especially the preacher curl pad. The hamstring curl has great activation and length, it just feels so wobbly not matter how much i tighten it.
The benching exercise portion is ok but the way the bottom legs are designed, doesn’t allow you to plant your feet onto the floor cause the legs are in the way. Should have been designed to allow but pad to incline as well. The legs are crooked to the... Read More
if you are over 6 foot tall, this is not the home bench for you. The measurements are not made for adults. The picture shows a tall bench with room to do leg curls and extensions, but in fact it is too short for anyone taller than 5'9.

This bench supports up to 600lbs of total weight which is more than enough for most home gym users
However this is not a golds gym brand but a weider brand and the seller is using the golds gym name to up the price
