Quality i was happy with the design and everything
Setup this was pretty easy with the supplied parts and instructions
Quality again if you want a gym quality machine to pump hundreds of lbs are 6 6 or taller or if you weigh 300 lbs get a bigger bench
Im giving this fourstars mainly due to the issue with the frame
Packaging/appearance
Was missing second set of foam pad roolers for leg developer
I actually did not have to moisten the leg bars with soapy water as recommended to slip the pads on the bars
Competitiveness
So in my above example i had a total weight of 280lbs 23050
Ive used it two days in a row with 25lbs dumbbells in each hand im 230lbs and morning has broken yet
So unless i lose more weight i cannot safely exceed 70lbs more than my body

The hole was not properly drilled out by the manufacturer and i had to use a mallet to tap the nail into the hole before i could start screwing it in

If you are complaining because this wont support your mass plus ridiculous amounts of weight well you arent the average person

The seat angle is not adjustable so be aware of this fact

I resolved this slight rocking simply by adding a 38 metal washer to each side of the pivot bar on the inside of the pivot frame bracket

Remember the washers should go on the inside of the frame bracket so you will have to manipulate them into the gaps before fully sliding the bolt through the frame and tightening the bolt
