Pros

This works like a charm. Easy to use and well worth the nominal expense. My first use of this cap has me pretty much satisfied.

The heat opens the cuticle, allowing the ingredients to * more deeply. Heat opens up the hair follicles and enables the oil to * and fortify the hair. I highly recommend it for all coarse textured chicks.

Use it with sebastian cellophane gloss. I usually use this cap on the highest heat setting for about 45 minutes and the results are nothing short of amazing. I also use it with sebastian cellophanes gloss.

Cons

This heating conditioning cap never gets warm. Even if you put it on high, the highest it can get is lukewarm. This product is not for people with thick, curly, natural hair.

Ul warns of potentially hazardous heat cap (google it). The packaging of this cap looks like the cap that is shown on the ul website. Ul recommends that users stop using the product immediately.
