Pros
This bottle really lasts a long time, so it's an investment. The only complaint is that i am using reynolds wrap to cover the container which it came in. A couple of yrs ago, i found the same 320z bottle at whole foods for $19.

This soy sauce has comparatively low sodium compared to other soy sauces. I use this in place of tamari, as well.
Cons
One tablespoon equals three teaspoons. While the flavor is fantastic, the sodium content is way too high.

That is a quality shoyu that i could recommend also
Have used the product for years last a long time great taste and reasonably good for you
I have had good luck using spouts on smaller bottles and with those i never refilled beyond 34 way
Glass does not chemically react with anything so you get the real true flavor of this product since it comes in a glass bottle

I am shocked that amazon is charging 36 and that is why i gave the value a low rating
My health food store charges around 29 for a 32oz bottle while a couple of yrs ago i found the same 320z bottle at whole foods for 19
Yes it’s pricey but i think it’s worth it
However at about 32 for 32 ounces the value is excellent

It came earlier than expected and was packaged extremely well
Packaging/appearance
Came well packed in bubble wrap and arrived with no problems at all
Well packed and it’s still cold when delivered
But for this times order when i opened the box it was leaking and makes me uncomfortable
I like the way the bottles were packaged
Competitiveness
Way better than your usual stuff even the organic health food brands
There are more expensive artisanal tamari’s but this is phenomenally wonderful
Much more depth of flavor compared to traditional store bought soy sauce
Just no comparison with any other type

Nothing broken the product is good and the seal intact however this bottle was leaking when received

Many other brands taste “flat” like very salty water with barely a hint of aged soy flavor
