Pros

Gold medal is an excellent flour. Made amazing pizza crust, pie dough, bread dough. Saved me a trip to the store to get some with all this snow this week.

Cons

Ron burgundy from anchorman said to throw out the whole package. There was a problem with this flour and hopefully its been resolved.
