Pros
The pumps are sturdy and easy to set up. Their customer service is very good and product works nicely. Will purchase again and have recommended for family members for theirs.
Does exactly what we want it to do--dispenses syrup from a davinci syrup bottle. The pump supplies the exact amount without needing to get out a measuring spoon. Make sure that the squirt is placed semi-low in your cup/ mug to prevent splashing.
Cons
One pump is usable and the other is not. Syrup freezes the pump and it never works. They leak when pumping.

I decided to purchase these because they claimed to easy shrink down when needed this function has a lot of flaws like randomly shooting back up or leaking when locked

I think if you were to use any size smaller the straw would be too long

One thing i will mention is the straw does not completely reach the bottom if you are using the glass bottles

The pure made syrup plastic bottles which are much narrower than the other torani bottles will definitely reach the bottom
