You put them in warm water to soften them then mold them around your teeth there are both upper upper and lower trays

I only deducted 1 star due to the hassle of making the molds but honestly i think any kit would probably have the same issues

I myself have experienced a small amount of sensitivity after doing an hour treatment with exposure to the light so i tried out the blue gel and the sensitivity was gone not even an hour after i applied it
