The new 20 lb feels like 1 lb and it feels much flimsier. Broke first use. These are for beginners only. I'm having to use the 40 lb with extra loops and still can't achieve the resistance of the earlier version.

This is a great set for the price around 25

Easy to get going straight out of the box and worth the affordable cost

The price keeps going up on these

5 if used properly you really can get a full body workout at a fraction of gym membership cost

The upowex set did not come with any booklet despite it showing jn the picture
