The first five sets of 15 are from middle to top curl. The only issue is that ball bearing component that really takes the brunt of the workout.

I see where some people are complaining about the end piece coming loose and falling apart so when i got my bar i inspected it. There are lesser expensive options that will definitely get the job done, however i like the heavier duty feel to this bar.... Read More

However the manufacturer seems to stand behind their product

I own this bar along with a ton of gofit resistance tubes and accessories

I love that i can switch up my resettable band workouts at home

Within a few minutes of ordering gofit bar i tried to cancel

If you want to use over 300lbs of resistance this is not the bar for you
