I use this for my long exposure night shots both to read camera settings by esp when using old film cameras like the mamiya press and sometimes to provide fill on the thing being photographed

It is low powered so you may only get a good shot if you are doing close up interviews in video otherwise to lower the gain you might need a high end camera
