The front light diffuser is quick to velcro onto the soft box though i would have preferred a diffuser that goes over the soft box with velcro in the middle only rather than the whole length difficult to explain sorry

But i guess that’s just a little design fault not very important and it does not reduce the efficiency of the soft box itself

The only criticism i would give it is that it is not very clear at first how to fold the soft box back into the little pouch

It has the bowens bayonet on the front so it can be connected to other bowens compatible lighting gear

The canon 600 series or nikon 900 series including the newer radio controlled gun would be about the largest heads that would fit
